摘　　要：网络信息评价监管的关键是有效管理和甄别信息。互联网市场中,消费者与商户之间存在信息不对称的现象,伴随着电商交易、餐饮外卖、团购服务等互联网平台的兴起,雇佣网络“水军”、虚假好评、恶意差评等扰乱市场公平竞争的行为越来越多。因此,应以信息评价为中心,对网络信息评价行为进行系统性分析,整合信息产生—传播—反馈的法律制度,构建多维治理模式,加强政府监督和行业自律,以及声誉机制和社会信用体系建设,提高信息的真实性、准确性、有效性,确保真实评价进入公众视野,为消费者作出正确选择奠定坚实基础。How to effectively manage and screen"information"?This is the key to the dilemma of network information evalu-ation supervision.Based on the coupling of word-of-mouth communication and virtual community,the network information shar-ing platform needs to innovate diversified governance models.There is information asymmetry between consumers and business-men in the Internet market.With the rise of Internet platforms such as e-commerce transactions,catering takeout,and group-buying services,there are some behaviors that disrupt fair competition in the market,such as hiring network"water army","false positive reviews",and"malicious negative reviews".It is necessary to establish a legal system that focuses on information evalua-tion,systematically analyzes online information evaluation behavior,integrates information generation,dissemination and feed-back,and constructs a coherent and consistent multi-dimensional governance model,government supervision,industry self-dis-cipline,scientific and technological means,reputation mechanism and social credit system construction,so as to improve the au-thenticity,accuracy,and effectiveness of information,ensure that business's evaluations truly enter the public eye,which will lay a solid foundation for consumers to make correct choices.
