摘  要:氯化钯广泛应用于医药、电镀、催化剂制备等领域,其生产过程需要准确、及时、快速地检测氯化钯的钯含量。本试验采用丁二酮肟重量法,测定氯化钯的钯含量。其间采用盐酸溶解氯化钯,将浓度2%的盐酸加入氯化钯溶液中,混合溶液体积达到300 mL,然后将其加热至70℃,分次加20 mL的丁二酮肟-无水乙醇溶液沉淀钯,保温30 min,结束后沉淀静置120 min。试验结果表明,该方法适用于检测氯化钯的钯含量。Palladium chloride is widely used in medicine,electroplating,catalyst preparation and other fields,and its production process needs accurate,timely and rapid detection of palladium content in palladium chloride.In this experiment,the dimethylglyoxime gravimetric method is used to determine the palladium content of palladium chloride.In the meantime,hydrochloric acid is used to dissolve palladium chloride,and hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 2%is added to palladium chloride solution,and the volume of mixed solution reaches 300 mL,and then it is heated to 70℃,and 20 mL of dimethylglyoxime-anhydrous ethanol solution is added in batches to precipitate palladium,which is kept for 30 min,and then precipitated for 120 min.The experiment results show that this method is suitable for the determination of palladium content in palladium chloride.
