摘  要:酚是水体中的重要污染物,可对一切生命体产生毒害作用。本研究采用SKALAR San^(++)连续流动注射分析仪,按照《水质总氮、挥发酚、硫化物、阴离子表面活性剂和六价铬的测定连续流动分析-分光光度法》(SL/T 788—2019)对地表水、地下水、饮用水、生活污水和工业废水中的挥发酚进行检测。经试验验证,连续流动分析-分光光度法的标准曲线、检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度和样品加标回收率等均满足相关标准要求,该方法准确可靠,可应用于实验室日常水质检测。Phenol is an important pollutant in water,which can cause toxic effects on all living organisms.This study uses a SKALAR San^(++)continuous flow injection analyzer to detect volatile phenols in surface water,groundwater,drinking water,domestic sewage,and industrial wastewater in accordance with the"Continuous Flow Analysis-Spectrophotometry for the Determination of Total Nitrogen,Volatile Phenols,Sulfides,Anionic Surfactants,and Hexavalent Chromium in Water Quality"(SL/T 788—2019).After experimental verification,the standard curve,detection limit,lower detection limit,precision,accuracy,and sample spiking recovery rate of the continuous flow analysis-spectrophotometry meet the relevant standard requirements,this method is accurate and reliable,and can be applied to daily water quality detection in the laboratory.
