摘  要:市政污泥是一种存在环境风险的二次资源,若未能低成本实现无害化、资源化、能源化利用,则容易引发环境问题。本文开发设计市政污泥作为水泥窑低碳能源的应用系统,研究市政污泥作为水泥窑低碳能源的可行性和优越性,分析污泥成分、热值对煤粉制备系统和水泥窑系统热工制度的影响。结果表明,污泥与原煤联合粉磨制成混合燃料粉,经高温煅烧后,可消除有毒有害气体。污泥配入量为原煤量的30%时,煤磨系统及烧成系统运行稳定,余热发电系统的发电量波动较小,此时综合经济效益最佳。此外,污泥含水率越低,制成混合燃料粉时,煤粉燃烧性能改善越显著,标准煤耗降低越明显。工业应用试验成功后,正常运行期间,最高节煤率达8.9%,节煤率由于煤质差异波动变化,但一般保持在4%~8%。Municipal sludge is a secondary resource that poses environmental risks,if it cannot be used at a low cost for harmless,resourceful,and energy-efficient purposes,it can easily lead to environmental problems.This paper develops and designs an application system for municipal sludge as a low-carbon energy in cement kilns,studies the feasibility and superiority of municipal sludge as a low-carbon energy in cement kilns,and analyzes the impact of sludge composition and calorific value on the coal powder preparation system and thermal system of cement kiln system.The results show that the combined grinding of sludge and raw coal to produce mixed fuel powder can eliminate toxic and harmful gases after high-temperature calcination.When the amount of sludge added is 30%of the raw coal amount,the coal mill system and firing system operate stably,and the fluctuation of the power generation capacity of the waste heat power generation system is relatively small,at this time,the comprehensive economic benefits are the best.In addition,the lower the moisture content of sludge,the more significant the improvement in the combustion performance of coal powder and the more significant the reduction in standard coal consumption when making mixed fuel powder.After successful industrial application experiments,during normal operation,the highest coal saving rate reaches 8.9%,and the coal saving rate fluctuates due to differences in coal quality,but generally remains at 4%~8%.
