摘 要:目前,综合回收及无害化处理锌冶炼废渣的常用方式是通过回转窑高温焙烧,大部分有价金属及重金属挥发成气态,冷却后以烟尘形式收集。回转窑焙烧过程的技术参数将直接影响含锌烟尘的品位。本文以某锌冶炼企业为例,结合原料及辅料的实际情况,分析回转窑焙烧工艺流程,明确回转窑焙烧锌冶炼废渣的技术要点,从而有效利用废渣回收有价金属,实现废渣的无害化处理。At present,the common way of comprehensive recovery and harmless treatment of zinc smelting waste slag is through high-temperature roasting in rotary kiln,most valuable metals and heavy metals are volatilized into gas and collected in the form of smoke and dust after cooling.The technical parameters of rotary kiln roasting process will directly affect the grade of zinc containing dust.Taking a zinc smelting enterprise as an example,combined with the actual situation of raw materials and auxiliary materials,this paper analyzes the roasting process of rotary kiln,clarifies the technical points of rotary kiln roasting zinc smelting waste slag,so as to effectively use the waste slag to recover valuable metals and realize the harmless treatment of waste slag.
