摘  要:随着城市的不断发展,机动车保有量不断增加,噪声污染问题日益突出。本文以陇南市为例,对2020—2022年城区道路交通噪声进行监测,然后分析监测数据,评价城区道路交通声环境质量,最后提出建议,以有效推进城区道路交通噪声防治。评价结果显示,2020—2022年平均等效声级均为二级,城区道路交通声环境质量较好。未来,要提升道路通行能力,优化线路布局,以噪声敏感建筑物为重点,加大噪声排放监管力度,并积极开展宣传教育,拓展社会监督渠道,引导公众广泛参与。With the continuous development of cities and the increasing number of motor vehicles,the problem of noise pollution is becoming increasingly prominent.Taking Longnan City as an example,this paper monitors urban road traffic noise from 2020 to 2022,analyzes monitoring data,evaluates the acoustic environment quality of urban road traffic,and finally puts forward suggestions to effectively promote the prevention and control of urban road traffic noise.The evaluation results show that the average equivalent sound level from 2020 to 2022 is levelⅡ,and the acoustic environment quality of urban road traffic is good.In the future,it is necessary to enhance road traffic capacity,optimize route layout,focus on noise sensitive buildings,increase noise emission supervision,actively carry out publicity and education,expand social supervision channels,and guide widespread public participation.
