摘　　要：新媒体时代信息传播内容和传播方式变化,对大学生思想意识与行为举止产生较大影响。随着新媒体不断发展,大学生群体心理状态呈现全新特征。面向大学生群体的心理健康教育也应与时俱进,将心理健康教育置于新媒体背景下进行剖析研究,这对提高心理健康教育质量具有现实意义。鉴于此,教育工作者应明确新媒体时代大学生心理健康教育契机,围绕心理健康教育创新困境,提出可行性创新策略,以供参考。Changes in the content and mode of information dissemination in the new media era have a great impact on college students'ideology and behavior.With the continuous development of new media,college students'group psychological state presents new characteristics.The mental health education for college students should also keep pace with the times,and put the mental health education under the background of new media for analysis and research,which has practical significance for improving the quality of mental health education.In view of this,educators should clarify the opportunity of college students'mental health education in the new media era,and put forward feasible innovative strategies around the dilemma of mental health education innovation for reference.
