摘　　要：移动网络时代高校思想政治教育传播面临着技术赋权与资源共享、泛在互联与交互重塑、沉浸体验与图景更新、价值多元与生态恶化的新境遇。高校需要树立新的理念,在新理念指导下实现渠道、传播者、内容、受众传播要素的全面变革。为顺应时代发展规律,可以从激发民族文化情怀、建构青年话态、塑造智能场景、借力大数据、提高新媒体素养等方面提升思想政治教育传播的影响力。In the era of mobile network,the ideological and political education communication in colleges and universities is facing new situations of technology empowerment and resource sharing,ubiquitous interconnection and interactive remodeling,immersive experience and picture renovation,value pluralism and ecological deterioration.Colleges and universities need to establish new ideas,under the guidance of new ideas to achieve a comprehensive change in channels,communicators,content,audience communication elements.In order to conform to the law of the development of the times,we can enhance the influence of ideological and political education from the aspects of stimulating national cultural feelings,constructing youth discourse,shaping intelligent scenes,leveraging big data and improving new media literacy.
