摘 要:本文基于高通量测序技术,研究了长寿湖国家湿地公园退耕地土壤细菌群落结构及多样性,揭示湿地土壤细菌生态变化,以对退耕地恢复进程作出科学预测与评估。结果表明各样品共检测到细菌类群23门54纲72目122科167属。退耕地和对照样地土壤优势菌门均为酸杆菌门、变形菌门和疣微菌门,基于门层面,两块样地构成相似,但相对丰度存在一定的差异。退耕地与对照样地土壤共有物种数为1411个,二者具有的特异物种数均为86个,共有物种数占总物种数的比例为94.26%。基于群落分布多样性,退耕地高于对照样地;基于物种丰度,退耕地和对照样地10-20 cm土层最高;基于物种分布均匀度,对照样地优于退耕地。所以,从细菌群落的物种数、群落分布多样性、物种丰度与物种分布均匀度等来看,二者也存在一定的差异。由此说明,湿地公园退耕地土壤恢复尚在进行中,基于细菌群落多样性对退耕地恢复进程进行评价具有重要意义。Based on the high-throughput sequencing technology,this paper studied the structure and diversity of soil bacterial community in the returned farmland of Changshou Lake National Wetland Park,revealed the ecological changes of wetland soil bacteria,and made scientific prediction and evaluation of the restoration process of the returned farmland.The results showed that there were 23 phyla,54 classes,72 orders,122 families and 167 genera of bacteria in all samples.The dominant bacteria in the returned farmland and the control land are acidobacter,proteobacteria and verrucomycetes.Based on the phylum level,the composition of the two sample plots is similar,but there are certain differences in relative abundance.The total number of species in the returned farmland and the control sample soil is 1411,and the number of specific species in both of them is 86,and the number of common species accounts for 94.26%of the total number of species.Based on the diversity of community distribution,the returned farmland was higher than the control plot;Based on the species abundance,the 10-20 cm soil layer of the returned farmland and the control plot is the highest;Based on the evenness of species distribution,it is better for the same land than for the returned land.Therefore,there are certain differences between the two in terms of species number,community distribution diversity,species abundance and species distribution uniformity.This shows that the soil restoration of the returned farmland in the wetland park is still in progress,and it is of great significance to evaluate the restoration process of the returned farmland based on the diversity of bacterial community.
