高校图书馆馆藏图书业务数据统计分析——以呼伦贝尔学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：馆藏数据是图书馆服务工作的基础和支撑,馆藏数据统计是图书馆工作的必要环节。在图书馆馆藏统计工作中,会遇到馆藏数据存在文献类型、分类法选项以及早期建库时遗留的一些问题,这些问题的出现与文献在录入文献信息服务系统过程中发生错误有关。文章旨在通过馆藏统计工作,在发现问题并解决问题的过程中,用具体实例对问题进行分析,从而对如何避免问题的发生提出对策。Collection data is the foundation and support of library service work,and collection data statistics is a necessary part of library work.In the library collection statistics,there are some problems in the collection data,such as document type,taxonomy options,and some problems left in the early database establishment.These problems are related to the errors in the process of document entry into the document information service system.The article analyzes the problems with specific examples,so as to propose countermeasures on how to avoid problems.
