摘 要:研究了不同缓凝剂(传统缓凝剂、膦酸盐缓凝剂)复配聚羧酸减水剂后对水泥凝结时间和水化特性的影响。结果表明:葡萄糖酸钠和蔗糖缓凝效果较好,焦磷酸钠与柠檬酸钠对水泥凝结时间的影响程度基本接近,膦酸盐缓凝剂对抑制水泥水化的作用效果更为平稳、持续,相同掺量时(0.1%),其可以推迟峰值温度出现时间2~52 h不等,降低同龄期总水化热达250%~1100%;各类缓凝剂的缓凝作用多体现在对于水泥初凝时间的推迟,膦酸盐缓凝剂相较于传统缓凝剂具备更好的缓凝效果。The influence of polycarboxylic acid water reducer mixed with different retarders(traditional retarder,phosphate retarder)on the setting time and hydration characteristics of cement was studied.The results show that sodium gluconate and sucrose have good retarding effect,and the influence of sodium pyrophosphate and sodium citrate on the setting time of cement is basically close.The effect of phosphate retarder on inhibiting the hydration of cement is more stable and continuous,and it can delay the peak temperature for 2~52 h,and reduce the total hydration heat of the same age by 250%~1100%when the dosage is 0.1%.The retarding effect of various retarders is mainly reflected in the delay of the initial setting time of cement.Compared with traditional retarders,phosphate retarders have better retarding effect.
