摘  要:采用氢氟酸消解硝酸提取样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定硅微粉中的痕量铀的方法。从称量样品量、内标元素的选择、同位素的选择等方面进行了分析,确定了最佳的样品处理及分析条件。在确定的最佳分析条件下,以铼作为内标,铀的标准曲线相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.38ng/g。将实验方法应用于硅微粉实际样品的测定,重复测量结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为7.7%~9.8%,样品加标回收率为91%~113%。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,结果准确,可快速测定硅微粉中铀的含量,对低放射性硅微粉研究具有一定的指导意义。A rapid and accurate method for the determination of trace uranium in silicon micropowder was established by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),using hydrofluoric acid digestion and nitric acid to extraction of samples.The optimum conditions for sample handling and analysis were determined by analyzing the quantity of weighing sample,the selection of internal standard element and isotope.Under the determined optimal analytical conditions,with rhenium as the internal standard,the standard curve correlation coefficient of uranium is 0.9999,and the detection limit of the method is 0.38ng/g.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of repeated measurements were between 7.7~9.8%,and the recoveries were between 91~113%.This method was simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used to determine the content of uranium in silicon powder rapidly,which has certain guiding significance for the study of low radioactive silicon micropowder.
