摘 要:此次实验利用了高温固相法制备CaWO4:xDy^(3+)荧光粉,通过XRD以及光谱衍射仪等仪器,先对荧光粉的物相进行检测,之后对其发光特性进行研究,通过激发光谱图的分析与发射光谱图的分析,可以知道:制得的样品荧光粉为纯质纯相;最佳激发波长是345 nm的^(6)H_(15/2)→^(6)P_(7/2)跃迁;发射光谱主要有两种颜色可见光的跃迁,分别为蓝光和黄光;蓝光和黄光复合形成单一基质的白色荧光粉;在255 nm波长激发下,Dy^(3+)最佳掺杂浓度为0.03.In this experiment,the high temperature solid phase method was used to prepare CaWO4:xDy^(3+)phosphor.Through XRD and spectroscopic diffractometer and other instruments,the phase of the phosphor was detected first,and then its luminescence characteristics were studied,and the excitation spectrum was analyzed.From the analysis of the emission spectrum,it can be known that the prepared sample phosphor is pure and pure phase;the optimal excitation wavelength is ^(6)H_(15/2)→^(6)P_(7/2) transition at 345 nm,and the emission spectrum has two colors of visible light.The blue and yellow light are combined to form a single matrix white phosphor.Under the excitation of 255 nm,the optimal doping concentration of Dy^(3+)is 0.03.
