摘 要:焦炉在使用过程中,随着炉龄的增长,逐年损坏与衰老是不可避免的。焦炉炉头由于边火道受装煤、摘炉门、推焦等操作的影响,且处于整个炉体的外围,温度低、散热多,因此常因供热不足而出现温度过低的现象,从而造成炉头部位的焦炭产量及质量下降,并为环保工作带来压力。针对焦炉炉头温度偏低的问题,结合安泰集团焦化厂二炼焦车间组大容积焦炉的实际情况,对焦炉炉头温度的管理与控制做了调研,通过头脑风暴法分析影响炉头温度的因素,提出了一系列控制对策,以此对影响炉头温度的因素进行科学处理,最终取得了明显的效果。In the process of using coke oven,with the growth of furnace age,damage and aging is inevitable year by year.Due to the influence of operations such as the side fire path is affected by loading coal,picking the door,coke pushing and other operations,and being located at the periphery of the whole furnace body,low temperature,heat dissipation,often due to insufficient heating and the phenomenon of too low temperature.As a result,the production and quality of coke at the head of the furnace is reduced,which also brought pressure to environmental protection work.Aiming at the problem of low temperature of coke oven head,combined with the practice of large volume coke oven in the second coking workshop of Antai Group,the management and control of coke oven head temperature were investigated.Through brainstorming,a series of control countermeasures were proposed to analyze the factors that affect the temperature of the oven head,and significant results were achieved.
