摘 要:本文采用PRO/Ⅱ稳态过程模拟软件,以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为萃取剂建立叔丁醇-水共沸体系萃取精馏工艺流程。选取NRTL方程为热力学计算模型,在保证分离要求条件下,以年总费用(TAC)最低为原则,采用CaseStudy分析工具,考察理论板数、回流比、原料和溶剂进料位置及溶剂比对分离效果和TAC的影响。结果表明:萃取精馏塔理论板数22块、回流比2.0、原料进料位置第14块板、溶剂进料位置第7块板、溶剂比0.725,在此条件下,TAC为1.12×10^(5)$·年^(-1),回收叔丁醇质量分数为0.998,达到工艺规定回收指标。The extractive distillation process of tert-butanol and water azeotrope system was established with DMSO as extractant by PRO/Ⅱsoftware.The NRTL thermodynamic model was selected to optimize the process parameters of each column with the minimum TAC as the principle under the condition of ensuring separation requirements.The effects of major design parameters,such as theoretical plate number,reflux ratio,feeding position and solvent feeding position,mass ratio of extractant and feed(solvent ratio)on the extractive distillation were investigated by Case Study.The results showed that the optimized extractive distillation column parameters were the theoretical plate number 22,mass reflux ratio 2.0,raw material feeding position 14,solvent feeding position 7,mass solvent ratio 0.725.Under these conditions,the TAC was 1.12×10^(5)$/year,and the mass fraction of tert-butanol recovered was 0.998 and reached the recovery target specified in the process.
