摘  要:电解海水制氯系统主要通过电解海水中的钠盐产生具有杀菌作用的次氯酸钠溶液,能抑制或杀死循环冷却水中菌藻和贝壳类等海生物的幼虫或孢子,以保持凝汽器和热交换器系统的洁净。不过,在电解海水的过程中会产生一定的副产物,如氢气。氢气属于易燃爆炸物,在爆炸范围内遇到明火,即发生爆燃。台山某电站的制氯系统电解产生的氢气通过收集管道进入次氯酸钠储存罐后,会从顶部扩散并排向大气。因储存罐中测量的氢气浓度超过设计标准的要求,因此本文重点阐述了如何解决储存罐中氢气浓度超标的问题。The electrolysis seawater chlorination system mainly produces sodium hypochlorite solution by electrolysis of sodium salt in seawater,which can inhibit or kill the larvae or spores of marine organisms such as algae and shellfish in circulating cooling water,so as to keep the condenser and heat exchanger system clean.However,the by-products will be produced in the process of electrolysis,such as hydrogen.Hydrogen is a flammable explosive,and deflagration occurs when encountering open fire within the explosion range.The hydrogen generated by electrolysis in the chlorine generation system enters the sodium hypochlorite storage tank through the collection pipeline is discharged to the atmosphere from the top.Because the hydrogen concentration measured in the storage tank exceeds the requirements of the design standard,this article focuses on how to solve the problem of excessive hydrogen concentration in the storage tank.
