摘 要:在配方为SiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)-Na_(2)O-Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO-BaO的硼硅酸盐玻璃中加入不同质量比氧化镧(La2O_(3)),经过高温固相反应得到玻璃固化体。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)及电感耦合等离子光谱发生仪(ICP)等对得到的玻璃固化体组成成分、微观结构、物理化学性质及化学稳定性进行分析。结果表明,多碱土硼硅酸盐玻璃对La2O_(3)的最大包容量为42%,超过包容量的部分以氧基磷灰石(CaLa_(4)(SiO_(4))_(3)O)的形式析出。加入La_(2)O_(3),玻璃固化体密度及热稳定性均先增大后减小,通过浸出测试得到28 d后La元素浸出率保持在10^(-6)~10^(-7) g(/m^(2)·d),表明玻璃固化体具有优异的化学稳定性。By adding different mass ratios of La2O_(3)to the borosilicate glass formulated SiO_(2)-B_(2)O_(3)-Na_(2)O-Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO-BaO,the glass cured body was obtained after high-temperature solid phase reaction.We analyzed the composition,microstructure,physical and chemical properties and chemical stability of the glass cured body using XRD,FT-IR,SEM and ICP.The results show that the maximum packing capacity of borosililic acid glass for La_(2)O_(3)is 42%,and the part exceeding the envelope capacity is precipitated in the form of oxyl apatite(CaLa_(4)(SiO_(4))_(3)O).With the addition of La2O_(3),the density of the glass cured body first increases and then decreases,and the thermal stability of the cured body also increases first and then decreases.The leaching rate of the La element was kept at 10^(-6)-10^(-7) g/(m^(2)·d)after 28 d by leaching test,which showed that the glass-cured body has an excellent chemical stability.
