摘 要:为探索煅烧伊利石-绿泥石页岩用作辅助胶凝材料的水化活性,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)等测试手段分析了在700℃下煅烧不同时间伊利石-绿泥石矿物组成变化,以及对水泥水化产物的影响。结果表明,700℃煅烧后绿泥石结构发生破坏,转变为无定型SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3),伊利石/云母层状结构塌陷。伊利石-绿泥石页岩煅烧后,硅氧四面体聚合度增加。在水泥碱性环境中,煅烧伊利石-绿泥石页岩中的Si和Al更容易析出,促进了单硫型水化硫铝酸钙(AFm)的形成,改变了水泥水化产物水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)结构,凝胶钙硅比更低,链长更长。煅烧伊利石-绿泥石页岩可用作辅助胶凝材料。In order to explore the hydration activity of calcined illite-chlorite shale as supplementary cementitions materials,the mineral composition change of illite-chlorite shale calcined at 700℃at different time and its influence on cement hydration products were analyzed by means of XRD,FTIR and other testing methods.The results show that after calcination at 700℃,the structure of chlorite is destroyed and transformed into amorphous SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3),and the illite/mica layered structure collapses and being disordered.The degree of polymerization of silica tetrahedron increases after calcination of illite-chlorite shale.In the alkaline environment of cement,Si and Al in the calcined illite chlorite shale are easier to dissolution,which promotes the formation of AFm,the cement hydration product C-S-H structure is changed,the gel Ca/Si is lower,and the chain length is longer.Illite-chlorite shale calcined can be used as supplementary cementitious materials.
