摘 要:鸡西某石墨矿固定碳含量为7.08%,大鳞片石墨占比33.1%。为保护大鳞片石墨,提高资源利用率,采用预先分离技术进行选矿研究。结果表明,原矿经1段粗磨粗选,5段再磨5段精选后,筛分出正目精矿,负目产品继续进行精选,经3段再磨4段精选后获得负目精矿产品。最终精矿产品指标:产率7.08%,固定碳品位94.28%,回收率为94.23%,其中正目精矿产率为1.73%,固定碳品位为94.21%,回收率为23.08%,石墨精矿产品达到高碳石墨品级,且有效保护了矿石中的大鳞片石墨。A graphite ore in Jixi has a fixed carbon content of 7.08%,and large scale graphite accounts for 33.1%.In order to protect the large scale graphite and improve the utilization rate of resources,the pre-separation technology was used to study the mineral processing.The results show that the positive mesh concentrate can be obtained by screening the raw ore after one stage of roughing,five stages of regrinding and five stages of cleaning,and the negative mesh concentrate can be obtained after three stages of regrinding and four stages of cleaning.The final concentrate product indexes are as follows:the yield is 7.08%,the fixed carbon grade is 94.28%,and the recovery rate is 94.23%,wherein the yield of the fine grain concentrate is 1.73%,the fixed carbon grade is 94.21%,and the recovery rate is 23.08%.The graphite concentrate product reaches the high-carbon graphite grade,and the large flake graphite in the ore is effectively protected.
