摘  要:本试验研究江西棠阴花岗伟晶岩型石英矿石制备高纯石英的工艺路线并对其工艺条件进行优化,为当地特色石英矿产的高值化利用提供技术支撑。针对江西棠阴花岗伟晶岩,根据其矿物学属性提出了自磨-预筛分的新工艺流程以提高后续选别流程的石英纯度。探讨了自磨-预筛分粒径、磁感应强度、煅烧水淬温度、浮选药剂制度对石英纯度及产率的影响。在优化工艺的基础上进一步采用混酸酸浸工艺对石英精矿进行深度提纯,最终获得了产率为11.25%、SiO_(2)质量分数为99.991%、石英回收率为44.996%的高纯石英砂。该工艺对江西棠阴花岗伟晶岩样品表现出良好的选别和提纯效果,对花岗伟晶岩型石英矿石制备高纯石英的工艺研究具有一定的参考价值。This research explores the process route of preparing high-purity quartz from Tangyin granitic pegmatite quartz ore in Jiangxi Province and optimize its process conditions,for purpose of providing technical support for the high-value utilization of local characteristic quartz minerals.Taking Tangyin granitic pegmatite in Jiangxi Province as the research object,according to its mineralogical properties,a new process of self-grinding-pre-screening is proposed to improve the purity of quartz in the subsequent separation process.The effects of self-grinding pre-screening particle size,magnetic flux density strength,calcination water quenching temperature and flotation reagent system on quartz purity and yield were discussed.On the basis of the optimization process,the mixed acid leaching process was used to further purify the quartz concentrate.The high purity quartz sand with yield of 11.25%,SiO_(2) content of 99.991%and quartz recovery of 44.996%was obtained by crushing-grinding-pre-screening-grindingmagnetic separation-calcining water quenching-flotation-pickling process.This process has a good effect on the separation and purification of Jiangxi Tangyin granitic pegmatite samples,and it also has certain reference value for the process route of preparing high purity quartz from similar granitic pegmatite quartz ore.
