摘 要:钙基膨润土由于水化膨胀性能差,难以高效吸附阳离子染料。以钙基膨润土为原料,采用超声辅助的方法制备了不同剥离程度的钙基膨润土,以提高其对阳离子染料的吸附性能。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(SEM)等研究了超声时间对钙基膨润土结构的影响,探究了剥离钙基膨润土对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附性能。结果表明,随着超声时间的延长,钙基膨润土的片层结构逐渐被打开,厚度逐渐降低;超声时间为20 min时钙基膨润土的厚度降低至3 nm左右;剥离钙基膨润土对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温模型,吸附动力学更符合准二级动力学方程;与钙基膨润土相比,剥离钙基膨润土对水中亚甲基蓝的吸附速率明显加快。Calcium bentonite is difficult to adsorb cationic dye efficiently due to poor hydration and expansion performance.In order to inhance its adsorption ability for cationic dye,calcium bentonite with different exfoliation degrees was prepared by ultrasonic-assisted method using calcium as raw material.The influence of ultrasonic time on the structure of calcium bentonite was studied by means of scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope,the adsorption performance of exfoliated calcium bentonite on methylene blue was explored.The results showed that with the extension of ultrasonic time,the lamellar structure of calcium bentonite was gradually opened and the thickness was gradually reduced.The thickness of calcium bentonite decreased to about 3 nm when the ultrasonic time was 20 min.The adsorption process of the exfoliated calcium bentonite on methylene blue accorded with Langmuir adsorption isothermal model,and the adsorption kinetics was more consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation.Compared with calcium bentonite,the adsorption rate of exfoliated calcium bentonite on methylene blue was significantly accelerated.
