小儿推拿联合川百止痒洗剂治疗小儿脾虚湿蕴型湿疹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿脾虚湿蕴型湿疹应用小儿推拿联合川百止痒洗剂治疗的效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年10月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的70例湿疹患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各35例。对照组采用川百止痒洗剂治疗,观察组加用小儿推拿治疗,均连续治疗1个月。比较两组的临床疗效、湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)、瘙痒程度、血清细胞因子水平[白介素(IL)-2、IL-4及γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]、不良反应及复发率。结果观察组的临床总有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(77.14%),治疗后EASI评分、瘙痒程度评分均低于对照组,IL-2、IFN-γ水平均高于对照组,IL-4水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。随访3个月,观察组的复发率(2.86%)低于对照组(22.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿脾虚湿蕴型湿疹应用小儿推拿联合川百止痒洗剂治疗可促进皮损消退,减轻瘙痒程度,改善细胞因子水平,降低复发率,效果显著,安全性好,具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To explore the effect of infantile massage combined with Chuanbai Antipruritic Lotion in the treatment of infantile eczema with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation.Methods Seventy children with eczema treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chuanbai Antipruritic Lotion,and the observation group was treated with Chuanbai Antipruritic Lotion and pediatric massage for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,eczema area and severity index(EASI),itching degree,serum cytokine levels(interleukin[IL]-2,IL-4 and interferon-γ[IFN-γ]),adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of EASI and pruritus degree after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Follow-up for 3 months showed that the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of infantile eczema with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation by infantile massage combined with Chuanbai Antipruritic Lotion can promote the regression of skin lesions,reduce the degree of pruritus,and reduce the recurrence rate,with significant effect,good safety,and broad application prospects.
