摘　　要：冠心病又称冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,作为临床常见的心血管疾病,一旦发病后得不到及时有效的治疗,患者预后较差,甚至可导致患者死亡。近年来,中医学在冠心病治疗过程中得到较好的发展,依据其症状表现将其归结为“胸痹”“心痛”等范畴。该病源于心脉,根在肾脏,与机体的五脏邪气间存在联系。本文基于心肾相关理论,结合临床经验,对冠心病的诊治做出深入探讨,以期拓展中医治疗冠心病的思路,获得更加理想的治疗效果。Coronary heart disease,also known as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,is a common clinical cardiovascular disease.Once the disease is not treated in time and effectively,the prognosis of patients is poor,and even can lead to death.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has been well developed in the treatment of coronary heart disease.According to its symptoms,coronary heart disease is classified into"chest stubi"and"heartache".The disease originates from the heart and is rooted in the kidney,which is related to the pathogenic qi of the five zang organs of the body.Based on the theory of heart and kidney,combined with clinical experience,this article makes an in-depth discussion on the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease,in order to expand the idea of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and obtain more ideal therapeutic effect.
