摘　　要：目的探讨良性前列腺增生(BPH)伴夜尿频多患者应用雷火灸联合穴位贴敷的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年12月至2022年12月九江市中医医院收治的68例BPH伴夜尿频多患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各34例。对照组采用常规护理与药物治疗,观察组加用雷火灸联合穴位贴敷,两组均连续干预4周。比较两组的排尿尿线、夜尿次数、尿动力学指标、症状严重程度和生活质量。结果两组干预前的排尿尿线评分、夜尿次数、残余尿量(PVR)、最大尿流率(Qmax)及国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后的排尿尿线评分、夜尿次数、PVR及I-PSS、QOL评分低于对照组,Qmax高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BPH伴夜尿频多患者应用雷火灸联合穴位贴敷能够减少夜尿次数,改善排尿障碍,提高患者生活质量,是一种安全、有效的干预手段,可为今后BPH伴夜尿频多的防治提供参考。Objective To explore the application effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint application in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and frequent nocturia.Methods A total of 68 patients with BPH and frequent nocturia admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and drug treatment,while the observation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint application.The intervention lasted for 4 weeks in both groups.The micturition line,nocturia frequency,urodynamic indicators,symptom severity,and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in micturition line score,nocturia frequency,post-viod residual(PVR),maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),international-prostatic symptom score(I-PSS)and quality of life(QOL)score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the micturition line score,nocturia frequency,PVRI-PSS and QOL scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,Qmax in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with acupoint application can reduce the frequency of nocturia,improve voiding dysfunction and improve the quality of life in patients with BPH and nocturia.It is a safe and effective intervention method,which can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of BPH with nocturia in the future.
