摘 要:为研究悬臂掘进机在泥质砂岩隧道中施工时隧道围岩与支护结构变形问题,以黑庄坪隧道工程为依托,结合现场监测结果,分析悬臂掘进机的快速施工技术,对隧道的监控量测内容、测点布置、围岩压力等方面进行研究,并结合现场监测数据对不同工法进行对比研究。结果表明:①悬臂掘进机相对于传统钻爆法对围岩的扰动可以减少30%,使掘进效率提高1~2倍。②基于监控量测技术,实现悬臂掘进机的精准开挖,缩短施工周期,为类似工程具有实践意义。In order to study the deformation of tunnel surrounding rock and supporting structure during the construction of cantilever TBM in argillaceous sandstone tunnel,based on heizhuangping tunnel project and combined with the field monitoring results,this paper analyzes the rapid construction technology of cantilever TBM,and studies the monitoring and measurement content,measurement point layout,surrounding rock pressure and so on,combined with the field monitoring data,the different construction methods are compared.The results show that:①compared with the traditional drilling and blasting method,the disturbance of cantilever roadheader to surrounding rock can be reduced by 30%,and the tunneling efficiency can be increased by 1~2 times.②Based on the monitoring and measurement technology,the accurate excavation of cantilever roadheader is realized and the construction cycle is shortened,which has practical significance for similar projects.
