摘　　要：以湖南某高速公路右侧山体滑坡为例,采用简化Bishop法、不平衡推力法及有限差分法对开挖后炭质页滑坡稳定性进行评估。同时,结合现场深层测斜与地表位移监控,研究滑坡发生的原因及可行的处治方案。研究表明:①该滑坡为中-大型炭质页岩深层滑坡,滑坡的主要诱因是工程开挖破坏了边坡的原始平衡状态,而滑坡发生的深层原因是该区域存在深厚软弱带,炭质页岩岩性差,在人类活动干扰下,易发生边坡失稳。深层测斜结果是确定滑动面位置的重要依据,是滑坡防治的重要基础,在控制性工程中,应尽可能进行测斜工作。②在路线设计时,应尽可能考虑地质因素,尽量避免大挖大填与地质条件较差的区域。③针对中-大型滑坡,处治时应以“动态设计”为原则,并结合现场监测技术,分期处治滑坡病害。Taking the landslide in Hunan as an example,the simplified Bishop method,unbalanced thrust method and finite difference method are used to evaluate the stability of the mountain after excavation.At the same time,combined with on-site deep inclination measurement and surface displacement monitoring,study the causes of landslide occurrence and feasible treatment plans.Research has shown that:①the landslide is a large-scale deep landslide,and the main cause of the landslide is the destruction of the original equilibrium state of the slope by engineering excavation.The deep cause of the landslide is the presence of deep and weak zones in the area,poor geological lithology,and the susceptibility to slope instability under human activity interference.The results of deep slope measurement are an important basis for determining the position of sliding surfaces and an important foundation for landslide prevention and control.In controlled engineering,slope measurement should be carried out as much as possible.②When designing the route,geological factors should be considered as much as possible,and areas with poor geological conditions should be avoided as much as possible.③For medium to large landslides,the treatment should follow the principle of"dynamic design"and combine on-site monitoring technology to treat landslide diseases in stages.
