山东省国土三调与湿地二调数据差异分析

摘　　要：厘清“国土三调”和“湿地二调”湿地分类的对应关系可为湿地资源监测体系提供基础数据。通过资料收集和调研构建工作底图,开展山东省“国土三调”和“湿地二调”湿地资源调查数据的对比分析,归纳出不同分类标准下湿地的对应关系。由于湿地调查尺度、调查时点和分类体系的不同,山东“国土三调”和“湿地二调”湿地调查结果差异显著,“湿地二调”比“国土三调”湿地面积增加11986.47 hm^(2),“湿地二调”中的湿地流向“国土三调”的非湿地面积为271774.52 hm^(2);“湿地二调”中的非湿地流向“国土三调”的湿地面积为24781.14 hm^(2);“湿地二调”为湿地而“国土三调”为非湿地的图斑面积约为580893.35 hm^(2)。为获取更为翔实、准确的湿地资源数据,开展湿地专项调查十分必要。Clarification of the correspondence between the wetland classifications of the Compartment-level Land Survey(CLS)and the Planning-level Wetland Survey(PWS)provides a basic data for wetland resource monitoring system.A working base map was created through data collection and field investigation.The survey data at planning-level and compartment-level in Shandong Province was compared to summarize the relationships between the wetlands classified by different standards.The data at the two levels differed significantly due to the differences in the scale,timing,and classification system of wetland surveys.The survey is more comprehensive at the compartment-level than at the planninglevel.The area of wetlands at compartment-level was 11986.47 hm^(2) larger than that at the planning-level,and the area of non-wetlands shifting from the compartment-level to the planning-level was 271774.52 hm^(2).In addition,the area of the map area with wetlands in the compartment-level survey and non-wetlands in the planning-level survey is about 580893.35 hm^(2).To gather more valuable and reliable data on wetland resources,it is necessary to conduct a specialized survey of wetlands.
