摘　　要：PART1行业事件1房企爆雷风波持续影响下游行业自2021年以来,房地产行业持续爆雷,多家房企出现债务违约,直接波及下游企业。多家设计企业因应收帐款被严重拖欠,出现经营危机。2022年,房地产行业爆雷仍在持续。4月25日,四川中泰联合设计股份有限公司因房地产企业客户严重拖欠账款导致应收账款风险敬口过大,招致监管问询,最终不得不撤回发行上市的申请文件,终止上市。同年9月,尤安设计发布公告称,将与包括绿地控股、保利集团、大众置业、融创中国等在内的7家企业进行债务重组,以此化解应收账款回款风险。Industry Events 1Bankrupt Crisis of Real EstateEnterprises Kept AffectingtheDownstream Industry Since 2021,the real estate industry has continued to suffer from bankruptcy,with a number of real estate enterprises defaulting on their debts,which has resulted in a direct impact on downstream enterprises.A number of design enterprises have experienced operational crises as a result of severe default on accounts receivable.On April 25,2021,Sichuan Zhongtai United Design Co.,Ltd.incurred regulatory inquiries as a result of excessive risk exposure to accounts receivable arising from severe default by customers of real estate enterprises,which eventually forced it to withdraw its application documents and terminate the progress of listing.
