全自动立式压滤机在精细氧化铝生产中的应用

摘　　要：本文简要介绍了立式压滤机形成和发展史,通过介绍世界上第一台立式压滤机的生产时间和应用领域,发展为欧洲几个国家和美国开始生产立式压滤机,并逐步从冶炼行业应用领域扩展到化工制药业的历程。重点介绍了国内立式压滤机在精细氧化铝生产中替代卧式压滤机的过程,对比分析了国内外几家企业生产的立式压滤机设备性能和技术参数。然后详细描述了中铝山东企业应用在低烟无卤线缆料、硅橡胶及保温建材等领域的氢铝微粉生产线的全自动立式自动压滤机特点、结构和工作过程,并与氢铝微粉生产线上原有的设备进行了性能、实际运行情况和性价比等方面进行对比,认为其性能和应用情况均优于传统设备,值得在相关行业推广。This paper briefly introduces the formation and development history of the vertical press.By introducing the production time and application field of the world's first vertical press,it was developed into several European countries and the United States,and gradually expanded from the application field of the smelting industry to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.This paper introduces the process of domestic vertical press replacing horizontal press in fine alumina production,and analyzes the performance and technical parameters of vertical press produced by several domestic and foreign enterprises.Then describes the detail in aluminum Shandong enterprise application in low smoke halogen free cable materials,silicone rubber and insulation building materials of hydrogen aluminum powder production line of automatic vertical automatic filter machine characteristics,structure and working process,and with hydrogen aluminum powder production line on the original equipment performance,actual operation and cost performance,that its performance and application are better than traditional equipment,is worth promoting in the related industry.
