摘 要:多元醇在食品、生物、医药、化工等领域得到了广泛的应用。传统的多元醇主要依赖于石化资源,然而,随着石化资源成本的上升和全球对环境保护与可持续发展的关注,生物基多元醇作为绿色可再生的替代品受到了广泛研究。文章综述了生物基多元醇的研究进展,并重点介绍了常用的生物基多元醇原料,例如植物油、木质纤维和天然酚类,以及它们的转化方法。最后,指出了生物基多元醇研究所面临的挑战,并展望了未来的发展方向。Polyols have found extensive applications in various fields such as food,biology,medicine,and chemical industry.Traditional polyols primarily rely on petrochemical resources.However,with the increasing cost of petrochemical resources and the global attention towards environmental protection and sustainable development,there has been significant research interest in bio-based polyols as green and renewable alternatives.This manuscript provides an overview of the research progress in bio-based polyols and focuses on the introduction of commonly used bio-based polyol feedstocks,including vegetable oils,lignocellulosic fibers,and natural phenolic compounds,along with their conversion methods.Finally,we address the challenges faced by bio-based polyol research and present future directions of development.
