摘　　要：受当前复杂的就业环境影响,皮革专业大学生在就业过程中存在一些问题。基于此,文章以皮革专业大学生就业情况为研究目标,阐述了皮革专业大学生的就业方向范畴,根据调研结果分析了目前皮革专业大学生就业中存在的问题,并结合皮革专业特点,从构建职业目标、提升岗位匹配、拓展就业渠道三个方面提出了皮革专业大学生就业指导策略。希望通过此项研究,为皮革专业大学生就业提供参考建议。Affected by today’s intricate employment environment,there are some problems in the employment process of leather major college students.Based on this,the article takes the employment situation of college students majoring in leather as the research objective,expounds the employment direction and scope of college students majoring in leather,analyzes the existing problems in the employment of college students majoring in leather according to the research results,and combines the characteristics of leather majors.Then the article puts forward the employment guidance strategy of leather major college students from three aspects:constructing career goals,improving job matching and expanding employment channels.In order to provide reference suggestions for the employment of college students majoring in leather through the research.
