摘  要:通过对2000年以来的43起事故综合分析表明,自然灾害、管道破裂、违规建设、违章操作是尾矿库事故的主要成因,多级拦截是最有效的应急处置措施,保障供水安全是处置工作的重要任务。应根据物质的种类和性质分别采取混凝沉淀、吸附、氧化还原等方法减低污染物的浓度和毒性,最终实现河流恢复正常状态。It was shown that natural disasters,pipeline ruptures,illegal construction,and illegal operations were the main causes of tailings pond accidents by comprehensive analysis of 43 accidents since 2000.Multistage interception was the most effective emergency disposal measure,and ensuring water supply safety was an important task of the disposal work.According to the types and properties of substances,the methods such as coagulation and sedimentation,adsorption,oxidation and reduction should be separately adopted to reduce the concentration and toxicity of pollutants,and ultimately realize the restoration of the river to its normal state.
