摘 要:海达停车楼是钱投集团停车楼网点计划的第一个新建网点,是一个具有比较强的“终端产品”性质的建筑。设计尝试从使用者的角度出发,通过对各个使用场景的模拟,在标准化设计的前提下,提出一套以人本精神为基础的标准化停车楼设计导则:首先,通过优化界面,赋予停车楼一种工业标准化的、有识别度,且符合大众审美的外观造型。其次,以“斜板式”停车区域与螺旋坡道结合的方式,对内部停车流线重新组织。针对驶入与驶离时用户不同的心理,设计对驶入与驶离流线进行了区别化设计,以期更贴近使用者的需求。最后,以本案为例,通过预留弹性空间,应对不同区位、时段的使用场景,更加契合交通流量的潮汐变化。Haida Parking Building is the first newly constructed project in the planning of Qiantou Group's parking building network,and serves as an end product with a strong emphasis on user experience.The design approach focuses on the user's perspective and,under the premise of standardised design,proposes a set of design guidelines for a standardised parking builidng based on a human-oriented approach.Firstly,by optimising the interface,the parking building is given an industrially standardised appearance that is recognisable and appeals to the general public's aesthetics.Secondly,the internal parking flow is reorganised through a combination of"ramp-type"parking areas and spiral ramps,taking into account the different psychological states of users when entering and exiting.Differentiated designs are employed for the entry and exit flows to better cater for the users'needs.Lastly,using this case as an example,flexible spaces are reserved to accommodate various usage scenarios and fluctuations in traffic volume according to different locations and time periods.
