摘　　要：地域文化表达是当代建筑创作面对的一个无法忽视的重要命题,建筑通过自身的在地性和文化性回应着所处环境的文化习俗、生活方式、气候特点。本文以山西省电力公司生产调度综合楼的设计为例,探讨电力调度大楼这一特定类型的建筑创作如何平衡其内部的功能组织逻辑和外部的地方文脉特征,通过当代的设计语言诠释出具有独特地域特征的现代建筑,从而体现多元包容的设计价值观。The expression of regional culture is an important proposition that cannot be ignored in the creation of contemporary architecture.Architecture responds to the cultural customs,lifestyle and climate characteristics of the environment through its local and cultural characteristics.This paper takes the design of the production and dispatching building of Shanxi Electric Power Company as an example to discuss how to balance the internal functional organisation logic and external local context features of the power dispatching building,a specific type of architectural creation,to interpret the modern architecture with unique regional characteristics through contemporary design language,so as to reflect the diverse and inclusive design values.
