汽车安全驾驶及应急处理措施分析

摘　　要：道路交通安全是社会发展及市场经济建设的重要保障,汽车行驶过程中可能会出现多种不确定风险因素,如何有效的引导安全驾驶、行为规范及心理教育一直备受诸多学者关注。应急处理是基于道路交通安全及风险规避的一种处置方法、心理状态,有效的应急措施可降低事故风险率、事故损失率。并与汽车安全驾驶紧密相关,影响汽车安全驾驶因素包括驾驶员生理因素、驾驶员心理因素、车辆自身问题因素等,并提出相关的优化方法及应急措施,包括冷静清晰的有序开展应急处理、控制转向及时制动避免风险加大、在风险应急处置中坚持就轻原则、应急需及时报警与寻求社会帮助等,起到规避风险、提升安全、降低事故的作用,为汽车驾驶员安全行驶、规范操作及应急把控等提供依据参考。Road traffic safety is an important guarantee for social development and market economy construction.There may be a variety of uncertain risk factors in the process of car driving.How to effectively guide safe driving,code of conduct and psychological education has always attracted the attention of many scholars.Emergency treatment is a disposal method and psychological state based on road traffic safety and risk avoidance.Effective emergency measures can reduce the accident risk rate and accident loss rate.And closely related to car safety driving,affect car safety driving factors including driver physiological factors,driver psychological factors,vehicle factors,and put forward the relevant optimization methods and emergency measures,including calm clear orderly emergency treatment,control steering brake to avoid risk,in risk emergency disposal,should need timely alarm and seek social help,etc.,to avoid risk,improve safety,reduce accidents,for the driver safety,standard operation and emergency control to provide the basis for reference.
