摘  要:随着国内电网建设结构日趋复杂和新技术、新设备的大量应用,目前在电网运检、基建施工过程中存在运维设备多、施工周期长和涉及面广的特点,现有的安全管控手段已不能满足现阶段电力建设要求,只有在电力生产建设中进行安全防范和督查的全覆盖,加强对分散、临时、协作等作业项目的安全管控力度,才能有效做到安全监管和安全预控。电力作业现场安全智能管控监控通过软件B/S架构实现,基于图像识别的人工智能、物联网、边缘计算等技术手段,分析生产过程中的监管要求,设计工作区人脸识别、安全帽佩戴、工作着装、现场火情等在线监测项目,将解决监管体系力量薄弱、全过程监管缺乏、管控智能化水平低的难题。系统将有效提高电力作业现场的智能管控水平,保障电力安全生产的顺利实施。With the increasing complexity of the domestic power grid construction structure and the application of a large number of new technologies and new equipment,there are many operation and maintenance equipment,long construction period and wide coverage in the process of power grid operation inspection and infrastructure construction.The existing safety control methods can no longer meet the requirements of power construction at this stage,and only by carrying out full coverage of safety precautions and supervision in power production and construction,and strengthening the safety control of scattered,temporary,collaborative and other operational projects,can safety supervision and safety pre-control be effectively achieved.The intelligent control and monitoring of power work site safety is realized through the software B/S architecture.Based on image recognition artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,edge computing and other technologies,the regulatory requirements in the production process are analyzed,and online monitoring projects such as face recognition,safety helmet wearing,work dress,and on-site fire in the work area are designed,which will solve the problems of weak supervision system,lack of supervision in the whole process,and low level of intelligent management and control.The system will effectively improve the intelligent management and control level of the power operation site and ensure the smooth implementation of power safety production.
