摘　　要：集电环系统是发电机励磁系统的重要组成部分,其碳刷和滑环之间存在相对位移和滑动摩擦,是整个励磁系统中最薄弱的环节,故障率高。对碳刷或滑环进行在线温度监测能够及时发现发电机组运行中存在的问题,然而碳刷和滑环的在线温度监测存在测点多且有强电压的难题。采用光纤布拉格光栅温度传感器对碳刷温度进行监测,提出了一种基于碳刷架恒压簧的传感器安装方法,实现了富春江水力发电厂某机组碳刷在线温度监测。该技术可同时应用到发电机组风冷器等场景的在线监测。The collector ring is an important part of the excitation system of the generator.Due to the relative displacement and sliding friction between the carbon brush and the slip ring,it is the weakest link in the whole excitation system and has a high failure rate.On-line temperature monitoring of carbon brushes or slip rings can detect problems in the operation of the generator set in time.However,the online temperature monitoring of carbon brushes and slip rings has the problem of many measurement points and strong voltage.The Fiber Bragg Grating temperature sensor is used to monitor the temperature of the carbon brush,and a sensor installation method based on the constant pressure spring of the carbon brush holder is proposed,which realizes the online temperature monitoring of the carbon brush of a unit of Fuchunjiang Hydroelectric Power Plant.This technology can be applied to the online monitoring of generator set air coolers and other scenarios at the same time.
