摘 要:确定性模型的特征值分析方法难以准确评估含大规模风电电力系统的小干扰稳定性,为此提出一种概率小干扰稳定的分析方法。首先,通过Weibull分布描述风速的不确定性,利用极大似然法并结合实测数据计算Weibull分布的形状参数及尺度参数。其次,提出基于点估计的小干扰概率稳定分析,利用半不变量法和Cornish-Fisher级数展开法拟合输出状态变量,获得输出变量的概率分布。最后,以区域振荡模式阻尼比为优化目标,以电力系统频率稳定为约束,优化风力发电系统的虚拟惯量控制参数,提高含大规模风电的电力系统小干扰稳定性。仿真计算结果表明,通过对风电机组的虚拟惯量参数优化,可提高含大规模风电的系统阻尼比,有效改善系统的小干扰稳定性,为高渗透率风电接入电力系统的安全可靠运行提供一定的理论基础。The eigenvalue analysis method of deterministic model is difficult to accurately evaluate the small disturbance stability of power system with large-scale wind power,so an analysis method with small probability interference stability is proposed.Firstly,the uncertainty of wind speed is described by the Weibull distribution,and the shape parameters and scale parameters of the Weibull distribution are calculated by using the maximum likelihood method and combined with the measured data.Secondly,a small disturbance probability stability analysis based on point estimation is proposed,and the semi-invariant method and Cornish-Fisher series expansion method are used to fit the output state variables to obtain the probability distribution of the output variables.Finally,taking the damping ratio of the regional oscillation mode as the optimization goal and the frequency stability of the power system as the constraint,the virtual inertia control parameters of the wind power generation system are optimized,and the stability of the power system containing large-scale wind power is improved with small disturbances.The simulation results show that by optimizing the virtual inertia parameters of the wind turbine,the damping ratio of the system containing large-scale wind power can be improved,and the small interference stability of the system can be effectively improved.The research in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the safe and reliable operation of high penetration rate wind power connected power system.
