摘  要:针对变电站开关柜内绝缘故障安全隐患问题,研究了一种新型开关柜故障诊断控制系统,采用人工智能检测、电化学处理技术,通过分析绝缘气体分解产物来分析开关柜故障情况,利用离子迁移法分析环境中的绝缘气体状况,然后了解被测开关柜中目标气体存在情况,通过智能模块对被检SF6进行数据分析,推算出目标气体的变化对开关柜的影响,制定出最优SF6填充量,使开关柜处于一个正常且安全的工作环境。实验结果表明,通过该系统技术检测出的数据精准度高达92.5%,表明该研究基于目标气体电化学检测方法的正确性。In the substation switch cabinet insulation fault safety problems,a novel type of switch gear fault diagnosis control system is studied.The artificial intelligence detection and electrochemical processing technology are used.The switchgear fault situation is analyzed by analyzing the insulating gas decomposition products.The ion mobility method is used to analyze the condition of the insulating gas in the environment and understand the presence of the target gas in the measured switchgear.Through the intelligent module to analyze the SF 6 under inspection,the impact of the change of target gas on the switchgear is calculated,and the optimal SF 6 filling amount is formulated,so that the switchgear is in a normal and safe working environment.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the data detected by this system technology is as high as 92.5%,which indicates the correctness of the electrochemical detection method based on the target gas.
