摘  要:深圳电力系统某110 kV变电站3台主变红外测温均出现套管将军帽部位发热缺陷,最严重发热为83.5℃,已达到紧急缺陷,严重影响主变正常运行。现场对3台主变将军帽发热缺陷进行处理,并分析故障原因,提出整改防范措施,为今后同类型设备出现同类缺陷提供消缺参考。The infrared temperature measurement of three main transformers in a 110 kV substation of Shenzhen power system all showed heating defects at the bushing cap,with the most serious heating of 83.5 degrees,reaching emergency defects and seriously affecting the normal operation of the main transformer.The heat defects of 3 main transformer bushing caps were treated on site.The causes of the failure are analyzed,and corrective and preventive measures are proposed to provide a reference for the elimination of similar defects in the same type of equipment in the future.
