摘　　要：从近两年来不断推进的安全稳定控制装置标准化工作出发,介绍了稳控策略表的应用现状,使用离线策略表的离线预决策方式仍是目前应用最广泛的稳定控制决策方式。随后结合安全稳定控制装置标准化设计规范,特别是稳控子站发送至稳控主站的应用层报文规范,提出了一种适用于标准化稳控装置的策略表设计方法。最后以一个稳控专项检测测试用例中的送端稳控系统为例,阐述了所提稳控策略表设计方法和实现步骤,采用设计方法的稳控系统通过了专项检测的各项稳控策略测试,验证了该策略表设计方法的可行性和便捷性。Starting from the standardization of safety and stability control devices that have been continuously promoted in the past two years,the application status of stability control strategy table is introduced,that is,the offline pre-decision method using offline policy table is still the most widely used stability control decision-making method.Then,combined with the standardized design specifications of safety and stability control devices,especially the application layer message specifications sent by the stability control substation to the stability control master,a strategy table design method suitable for standardized stability control devices is proposed.Finally,taking the sending end stability control system in a special test case of stability control as an example,the design method and implementation steps of the proposed stability control strategy table are introduced.The stability control system using the design method has passed the various stability control strategy tests of special testing,which verifies the feasibility and convenience of the strategy table design method.
