摘　　要：近年来,随着配网自动化建设的发展,配网自动化策略日益多样化,配网供电可靠性要求也日益提升,要求地区供电局对10 kV继电保护装置跳闸能迅速响应。然而配网自动化设备装置点多面广,且每个装置定值项繁多,因此配网保护各级人员在协作开展跳闸事件处置时,部分人员在第一时间并不完全清楚本条馈线投入哪种馈线策略,而查阅定值单又费时耗力,严重影响了快速复电的效率。因此,对配网自动化保护馈线策略管理工具进行研究,明确了对馈线组策略单的管理与发布,方便了各级计算保护人员获取关键信息,从而减少计算人员的工作量,提高工作效率。In recent years,with the in-depth development of distribution network automation,distribution network automation strategies have become increasingly diversified.Increasing demands on the reliability of the power supply in the distribution network require regional power supply authorities to respond quickly to tripping of 10 kV relay protection devices.However,the distribution network automation equipment has a wide range of devices,and each device has a large number of fixed value items,so when the distribution network protection personnel at all levels cooperate in the handling of tripping events,some personnel do not fully understand which feeder strategy to put into the feeder at the first time,and it is time-consuming and labor-intensive to check the fixed value list,which seriously affects the efficiency of rapid power recovery.Therefore,the distribution network automation protection feeder policy management tool is studied,and the management and release of feeder group policy orders are clarified,which facilitates the acquisition of key information by computing protection personnel at all levels,thereby reducing the workload of computing personnel and improving work efficiency.
