摘　　要：以宁波市幼儿师范高等专科学校体育舞蹈特色项目为研究对象,将体育教学改革与深入推进校园体育文化活动相结合,围绕推进课程建设、组建训练队伍、融入校园活动、进行校企合作、参加校外志愿服务五个层面来加强学校体育文化品牌建设。以提高学生职业能力为导向,构建课堂教学、体育竞赛、校园文化、社会服务“四位一体”的学校体育工作模式,充分挖掘各环节育人要素。通过体育舞蹈特色项目建设,培养出一批“能跳、会赛、敢教”的具有体育舞蹈技能的幼师人才。Taking the sports dance featured projects of Ningbo Childhood Education College as the research object,the reform of physical education teaching is combined with the in-depth promotion of campus sports and cultural activities.The construction of the college’s sports and cultural brand is strengthened from five aspects:promoting curriculum construction,forming training teams,integrating into campus activities,conducting school enterprise cooperation,and participating in extracurricular volunteer services.Guided by improving students’professional abilities,it is necessary to construct a school physical education work model that integrates classroom teaching,sports competitions,campus culture,and social services,fully tapping into the elements of talents cultivation.Through the construction of sports dance featured projects,a group of preschool teacher talents with sports dance skills who can dance,compete,and dare to teach have been cultivated.
