摘 要:蓖麻油酸(RA)在无溶剂条件下对环氧大豆油(ESO)进行开环,与2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)酯化反应得到多元醇(ERD),再与多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)混合制备聚氨酯胶黏剂,多元醇和聚氨酯胶黏剂通过红外光谱进行表征。通过测定不同木材-木材、钢片-钢片粘合强度,即通过测量拉伸剪切强度,研究基体材质、R值(R=n(NCO)/n(OH))对胶黏剂应用性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着R值的提高,聚氨酯胶黏剂的拉伸剪切强度、耐酸碱性能先提高再降低。当R值为1.3时,胶黏剂具有最好的综合性能最佳,以楠竹、黑胡桃、红花梨以及钢片为基材测得拉伸剪切强度分别为5.02、4.15、4.03、9.30 MPa。考察了胶黏剂放置在酸、碱和盐溶液中后拉伸剪切强度的变化以及胶黏剂随着时间推移拉伸剪切强度的变化。A bio-based polyol(ERD)was synthesized for via ring-opening epoxidized soybean oil(ESO)with ricinoleic acid(RA)without solvent,then futher esterified with 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA).Subsequently,polyurethane adhesives was prepared by mixing the ERD with polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate(PAPI).The structures of ERD and cured polyurethane adhesives were characterized by FT-IR.The effect of R value(R=n(NCO)/n(OH))on the lap shear strength of the different wood-wood and steel sheet-steel sheet.As a result,the adhesive exhibited the optimum comprehensive performance with a R value of 1.3.Specifically lap shear strength of the adhesive on different substrates such as bamboo,black walnut,safflower pear and steel sheet reached 5.02 MPa,4.15 MPa,4.03 MPa and 9.30 MPa respectively.Furthermore,the change of lap shear strength of the adhesive after being immersing in acid,alkali and salt solution was tested.The lap shear strength of the adhesive with different curing time was also conducted.
