摘  要:锁钥自组装(lock-and-key self-assembly)是制备复杂胶体的一种方法,本文简单介绍了锁钥自组装技术的研究背景,详细总结了锁钥自组装的排空相互作用和特点。其中,通过自洽场理论、接受比率法和密度泛函理论介绍了排空相互作用;通过与其他自组装比较,说明锁钥自组装具有特异性识别、自组装可控制和操作简单等优点;最后对锁钥自组装方法进行了总结与展望。Lock-and-key self-assembly is an important method for the preparation of complex colloids.At present,there are many reviews of self-assembly methods,but few reviews of lock-and-key self-assembly.Therefore,this article briefly introduces the research background of lock-and-key self-assembly method,summarizes the depletion interaction and characteristics of lock-and-key selfassembly.Among the depletion interaction is introduced through self-consistent field theory,acceptance ratio method and density functional theory.And by comparing with other self-assembly,it is found that lock-and-key self-assembly has the advantages of specific recognition,self-assembly controllable and simple operation.Finally the lock-and-key self-assembly methods are summarized and prospected.
