论我国档案用户的信息行为转变及启示——以档案信息微传播为例

摘　　要：伴随信息平台的多元融合与扩展,目前档案用户的信息行为已经超越了传统定位,其角色正在向“去中心化的构建者”“信息诉求者”“个性化信息行为表达者”及“信息决策者”转变。这一转变过程也赋能综合性档案馆对用户信息行为的预测分析、信息内容订制、信息的表达与利用反馈等进行深耕。本研究采用问卷法,重点挑选200位参与度较高的档案信息用户,对其参与档案信息微传播的行为进行调研,结果揭示出这部分信息用户的行为特征及变化态势,在一定程度上对未来档案信息微传播用户的信息行为有着相关的引领及提示作用,也将为微平台下更广泛的社会层面档案信息用户角色的培育提供有效的参考与借鉴。With the development of integration and extension of information platform,the roles of archives information users have been transformed to"decentralized constructors""information pursu⁃ers""personalized expressers"and"decision mak⁃ers".The process of transformation empowers and motivates comprehensive archives to predict and analyze information behaviour of archives users,customize information content,and study expres⁃sion and feedback of archives users.The study con⁃ducted a questionnaire survey to investigate the be⁃haviour of 200 active users of archives information in the process of micro-communication of archives information.The results,which indicate characteris⁃tics and trends of behaviour of these users,will pro⁃vide not only reference for the future behaviour of information users of archives micro-communica⁃tion but also reference for the cultivaton of informa⁃tion users'roles in the micro-communication envi⁃ronment.
