以肛周溃疡为首发表现的猴痘一例

摘　　要：患者,男,38岁。1周前出现肛周溃破、疼痛,伴发热、咽痛、全身酸痛不适。3天前躯干、四肢出现脓疱。2周前曾有同性肛交、口交等性接触史。查体:咽部红肿,颈部浅表淋巴结肿大。躯干、四肢散见绿豆大小脓疱疹。肛周数个黄豆大小溃疡面,触痛明显。皮损处取材:MPXV-qPCR(+)。诊断为猴痘。A 38-year-old male presented with perianal ulceration for one week and pustules appeared on the trunk and limbs for three days after homosexual anal or oral sex two weeks ago,accompanying fever,sore throat,and general body aches.Physical examination revealed red swelling throat,superficial neck lymph nodes enlargement.Mung bean size pustular rashes scattered on the trunk and limbs.Several soy-sized ulcers surrounded the anus with tenderness.MPXV-qPCR for all rashes tested were positive.The diagnosis of monkey pox was confirmed.
