猴痘二例报道并流行特征分析

摘　　要：患者1,男,22岁。7天前阴茎根部出现红斑、丘疹,2天前发热,1天前出现脓疱、破溃。发病前1周被仓鼠咬伤,系男男性行为者。查体:阴茎根部成簇脓疱、散在溃疡,两侧腹股沟淋巴结肿大,肛周多发绿豆大小脓疱。疱液MPXV-qPCR(+)。患者2,男,33岁。12天前阴阜皮肤出现脓疱,3天前全身出现红斑,1天前双手背出现脓疱。系男男性行为者。查体:阴阜成簇脓疱、结痂,全身泛发红斑,双手背各有一米粒大小脓疱。疱液MPXV-qPCR(+)。两例患者均诊断为猴痘。A 22-year-old male presented with erythema and papule on the root of penis for a week,with fever for 2 days and papules ulcerated for 1 day.He was bitten by a hamster one week before onset of illness.He was a man who has sex with man(MSM).Physical examination revealed ulcerated clusters of pustules on the root of penis,lymphadenectasis on both sides of the groin,and multiple mung bean-sized pustules around the anus.Monkeypox virus nucleic acid qPCR test was positive.A 33-year-old male presented with pustules on the monsveneris for 12 days,erythema on the whole body for 3 days,and pustules on each hand for 1 day.He was a MSM.Physical examination revealed ulcerated clusters of pustules on the veneris mons,erythema all over the body,and millet-sized pustule on each hand.Monkeypox virus nucleic acid qPCR test was positive.Both of these two cases were diagnosed with monkeypox.
