摘　　要：成纤维细胞结缔组织痣临床少见,好发于儿童躯干部,本文报道一例6岁女孩头皮先天性成纤维细胞结缔组织痣伴脱发,经组织病理学确诊。本病多为良性病变,治疗以手术切除为主。Fibroblastic connective tissue nevus(FCTN)is rare and usually occurs on the trunk of children.We report a 6-year-old girl with congenital FCTN on the scalp and alopecia,which was diagnosed by histopathology.Most of the lesions are benign,and surgical resection is the main treatment.
