摘　　要：本文报道一例氨苯砜治疗麻风致粒细胞缺乏症患者,本例患者HLA-B*1301基因检测结果为阴性,容易让医生忽视氨苯砜导致的药物不良反应,故此病例报道需引起皮肤科医生的警惕。We report a case of agranulocytosis caused by dapsone in the treatment of leprosy.The result of HLA-B*1301 gene test in this patient was negative,which easily made doctors ignore the adverse drug reactions caused by dapsone.Therefore,the case report should alert dermatologists.
